I was just going though the Yahoo
Finance Section today and I went through this article called ‘Confessions of a
Sub Prime Lender: 3 bad loans’. I was just horrified by the entire story. A
small sub prime lender in Dallas
just lost millions of dollars in spite of flawless records their loans floundered
just because of the avarice of loan brokers and turning of the blind eye by the
lenders to the repayng capacity of borrowers. In one bad case the broker has
suppressed the fact the couple who borrowed from the firm were divorcing and
the spouse did not earn enough income to repay the loan. The names of fallen firms
run to hundreds. Lehman Brothers, Bear Sterns, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae all
these are not only big names but honorable names. I would not blame the lenders
but the defaulters who were willingly doing the horrible. It is America
that taught the world how to borrow but it is their own countrymen who taught
how to default. This time it affected the entire globe. Somebody in the far
corner of the US
is defaulting and my portfolio is in red.

Today I happened to meet a young
man in his early thirties in my office having a home made lunch. Having gone
through an open heart surgery a year earlier I asked him with a little bit of
concern what the matter was. Because most young men would prefer hotel food than
home made food – until there is something wrong. And there was something wrong
in the case of this young man. He had chest pain and when consulted his cardiologist
it was found out that his triglycerides were on the higher side. This on its
own is not much of a worry but unless you do have a strict diet and a lot of
walking. Now that young man walks 7 km per day and takes food from home. And he
has started to move out of the office prompt 5.30 pm. You see even excess work
can increase your cholesterol level. I hope the young man continues his good
sense.

Ever since video games came into
the market our children’s live have taken a great change positive or otherwise.
We can’t say that computer games spoil our kids, it is not that way always. It
is for us, the parents, to keep check of the games and timing but you certainly
can not avoid buying them some of these fancy stuffs especially things like XBox360 etc. In
fact I recently bought one and was looking for a wireless
headset for the same when I got into this great site QuickShop.co.uk.

This website houses almost 30000 stores
within it. This is vastly different from other sites where you get to browse
through hardly 1000 + stores which means that this site has stores that have
even not paid for ones. Once I got into the site I came across many items
connected with games like Playstation and many wireless items like Bluetooth
headsets etc.

The site contains millions of
products displayed with accurate information on which store or stores the
products are available. The prices are displayed very clearly and for each and
every product there is a buying guide. I was looking a screw driver suitable
for opening the security screws on my friend’s Nintendo console and
there it promptly took me to that product with a simple search on the search
box. This is the best ever shopping site that I have come across
especially in the filed of electronics.

Today’s news in all the TV
channels in India
is the Left withdrawing support for the ruling Congress government. Good
riddance! The Left has virtually nothing to serve the country in its entire
career of 50 and odd years of Indian politics. This was all due to the nuclear
agreement to be signed with IEAI. There are many questions as to the agreement
and the main burning issue is – whether India
will be dominated by the US
because of dependency on the uranium ore. Can somebody tell me when countries
like India have
NOT become dependant on the US?
When we could send our children expecting them to earn their money in dollars
why not buy uranium from that country especially when we do not any of it’s on
our own. Let the Left dream in its ant life ideology.

start looking for cash advice. First choice is our employer who has certain
limitations and the next is lenders. Nowadays lending business has caught good
response from the web and a host of websites offering their services in this
filed are many. One among such sites which gives out an excellent service is

As long as oil is there,
notwithstanding the increasing price, automobile is going to be there. As long
as automobile is there many of us would be willing to buy it. The only problem
is that we may run short of cash. So we naturally have a look at our budget and
after doing some elementary adjustments we look for a good auto loan. In the
early days before the advent of the Internet we used to run around for vehicle loan
but there are many number of sites offering such facility. Getthebestautoloan.com
is one such very good site in this area. They act as a medium between the buyer
and the lenders. You can approach them for buying new cars or used cars and
they also deal with refinancing of old car loans. You can get a car loan rate
quote free on the website by filling out a simple form and the quite remains
active for 15 days without any obligation on your part to buy. There is an
interesting blog about auto loans where
many useful artlcles about auto and auto loans are written For example one article on Employment’s
affect on auto loans offers some good insight on the issue. The website is
designed for easy navigation without cluttering with unnecessary audios and
videos and they can be contacted by giving your name and email id.

Forget global warming – you can
do a little about it.

Forget inflation – it is man made
and will go up or down.

Forget your problems. They are
going to be there and you are the only who can solve them AND you will be
solving them anyway as when the need arises.

Forget your headache – by taking
that small cup of coffee.

Forget your mistakes – what has
happened can not be undone – but prepare yourself better next time.

Forget your promotion – if you
have not done your duty properly.

Forget the injustice – even if
you have done your duty properly and denied of promotion – your boss is bound
to satisfy someone else also.

Forget and get out of your job –
if your boss keeps on forgetting you and your job is not proving profitable to
you.

It is just wonderful to meet you
again. I am alranga53 in your blog. My goodness what a lot of photo collections
you have. The one that was taken in a marriage hall at Vellore
(<st1:date year="2008" day="18" month="3">March 18,2008</st1:date>). Vellore
of all places! I studied at Vellore
in late sixties and it was then a dirty place – has it changed to so much? Your
blog is lovely looking one but since you have to asked to please give suitable suggestion and comments... here is one. The anchor text that you have given need to be
changed to a simple one or maximum two word text. You notice the three dots
trailing your present Anchor text? People may not notice it and yet if they try
post it may not work out. You have kept your blog very lively – it exudes the
youthful character of yours and vibrates with lots of energy. And I find theat
LED Thank you display at the end of your blog really innovative. Only an
artistic mind could think of such things. Great keep it up Praveen.

The one post on Technoratti authority experiment is worth trying. Though the Only in Silence blog is somewhat cluttered with advertisements they are not oring. For example there is clock link ad which shows a girl who keeps on typing something on her laptop – a good one.I was going thorough the archives which has an exclusive visual section – Two attracted me – One with a bald head but some cartoon character is mowing the hair and other a cartoon about hippo and bear on a hill top. Lovely. The one board display on a German shepherd – which says it can make it to the fence in 2.8 seconds – can you? Where did you get all these fine photographs? Finally I am bit confused on dates – on 15 June Abelle talks about her loving husband Dario but on 16 June there is a positing about losing her husband of 57 years. But my heartfelt condolences.

Free advertising suggestions

Dear Mahi, what I would suggest
to you to back is that one link requirement is more than enough in case we are looking
for any back link – I do not deny that we are all looking to improve the page
rank of our blogs but for a free post exchange one link would serve the
purpose. Please correct me if I am wrong. Perhaps you could be right if your
main aim is to make people read the many articles in your blog. Coming to your
blog you seem to be quite a senior while I am just a newcomer in this arena.
Your blogger hosted blog is indeed has a host of free advertising suggestions

like
mGinger and other similar websites. You seem to have generated quite a traffic
as your alexa ranking shows. Going thorough your October 07 archives I found
Travel Italy
with all those photographs of The Colosseum and other buildings very
interesting and eye capturing. Your Suggestions on How to Improve Readership is
highly informative.

Are you obese? Are you doing
anything about it? If not please do something immediately. Obesity has become
an epidemic all over the world. Three important factors have led to obesity in
the modern era – Beer, Snacks and TV. The moment we come home from office we go
to the fridge take a bottle of beer and some peanuts and sit in front of TV.
Imagine the amount of calorie that we take in and not doing anything to expel
it. But then don’t rush out and go jogging or doing some silly thing without
making any prior preparations. How do you measure your obesity? Those BMI calculators
etc? Just look at yourself in the mirror stupid and you will know! Start
dieting and doing some exercise and get rid of that excess flesh. Oh you have
now started dieting! Again my kind fellow do not starve yourself – eat in small
quantities frequently. However you try you can not escape those hunger pangs
and hence eat and eat well but as I said in small quantities. There are many
diet snacks in the market get hold of them. Walk, walk and walk. There is
nothing like walking to reduce the weight – This is a slow but steady way to reduce
your weight.

Caution: DO NOT TAKE ON ANY
WEIGHT REDCUTION ROUTINE WITHOUT CONSULTING YOUR PHYSICIAN FIRST.

I was amazed and in fact somewhat
startled to see popcorn pop up within three cell phones as per the You tube
video. This makes me believe the fact that there is really some radiation
hazard in the cell phone. Thanks to Schlossy's Blog now I will be very careful
in using the cell phone. This wordpress hosted blog is a sea of information. Of
course there are many ad widgets but I find them very useful, especially for
newcomer like me these ads will go a long way to find my way out through the
maze of blogging techniques. I am a movie buff and your review on Filmhill
gives me a chance to see my favorite films online. In spite of many ad widgets
and so many other badges this blog site manages to load faster unlike some
other blogs where scrip running issues arise in the middle of loading.

I have two sons – elder one 21
years old and the younger one 16 years old. The elder fellow Santhosh is a
mature and balance guy and the second one Anand also quite mature in thoughts
but however indulges often in kidding and taking his brother for a ride.
Whenever things go out of hand – in spite of Santos’s
immense patient attitude, I intervene and soften things out. Today I happened to
lose my temper unnecessarily. Santhosh and Anand went for the Kamal Hassan’s
Movie Dasavatharam and after the movie is over they and their friends were
having snacks in a restaurant. I was trying to talking to him over cell phone
but he kept on avoiding insisting that he would talk to me later and I just
exploded castigating him with harsh words – with a total loss of any sense.
Feller really got hurt and after a while he talked to my wife and said that he
was among my elderly relatives and speaking in front of them too much over phone
would have been of showing disrespect. Looks like he asked my mother to tell me
not mistake him. My God how could I ever mistake you? It is I who should have understood
your predicament by your soft tone at the first place and kept my phone down. My
sincere apologies to you my good son.

The menu in bestjoanne’s blog is
neatly arranged on the upper row of the site giving it a real professional
website look. The owner’s interest seems multifaceted. The alexa traffic rank
reads at this time 383,684 – wow – Jo how ddo you manage it – I keep trying at
some manual and auto traffic exchanges but me speed is bit slow. Page rank – of
course is a difficult one – I hope and wish you get a 4 plus very soon. Your
blog certainly deserves it. Jo your article on making money online makes an
interesting reading. Though I do not understand most of traffic increasing and
rank stuff I will give bolgexplosion.com a try. After seven months of blogging I
have come to understand one thing – this requires constant and sincere effort. And
I find this in your blog. Actually blogging is the best way of letting your
views public or just for letting off the steam. But it requires a sense of
decorum and I find it in your blog. It
is worthwhile to Visit Jo's Blog regularly. By the way you vote questionnaire on
US/Iraq needs one more very frank question – Is US interested in Iraq’s
oil and hence not able to finish the war?

There is a general opinion that
life insurance gives a lesser return than other financial instruments. True –
if you say deal in an explosive thing called derivatives, returns can be
amazingly massive but it can also be equally disastrous. There are other
savings like fixed deposit etc but what differentiates a life insurance from
others is the fact by taking a term life insurance you show that you care for
the person you love. It is with this motto that the website LifeInsurance.com
gets into the business insuring your life. The website has a lot interesting
videos about this filed and obtaining life insurance quotes from them is a
child's play. It devotes a full section in educating the customer about the
facts of life insurance. The company can be easily contacted by filling out
their contact form.

We wish everyone at the end of a
conversation with a bye or have a good day.

To me every day is a good day.

If you win a lottery that day is
a good day.

If you pass your exams then that
is your good day.

When you see your first love you
never forget that good day

If you get married that becomes a
lovely day.

You first employment becomes the
most memorable day.

When you get discharged from a
hospital then that is the happiest day – you are able to see the world again.

The occasions are endless and
what I mean to say here is that all your bad days end finally as good.

Hence it my firm conviction that
day after day, week after week, month after month and year after year there is
no dearth of good days and for those who always think of others’ well being
their entire life is good day.

SO GO AHEAD – YOU ARE HAVING A
GOOD DAY.

where other animals have to rely on inborn instincts mankind stands separated
from them in the sense that man brought entrepreneurship into his life. Everything
he did was an organized work. Growing gradually and now in the modern era this
became business and now we can not move away from our entrepreneurship skills
even if we want to. It is with this idea in mind the Kauffman Foundation
various educational programmes to increase the number of persons who have e the
attitude, ability in becoming an entrepreneur .

The Ewing Marion Kauffman
Foundation was established in the mid 60’s in Kansas City. As the saying goes ‘catch’em
young’ the Foundation starts at college level to build college entrepreneurship
and to this end they help universities to become more entrepreneurial.

The true service offered by the
Kauffman Foundations is the work towards creating minority entrepreneurship by
helping this path to people like African Americans and Hispanic counterparts.
The data they give here is interesting. According these data that approximately
13 percent of US
population is African Americans but only 4 percent own their own business. It
is this gap that the Foundation aims to fill in.
