Good manners, good eating habits, good dressing sense, I guess you all must have heard about this. But I could challenge that more than half of you reading this would never have heard about good spinal habits. So what is it all about? Well before you read it any further, I advise you to sit erect in a well built chair and then go on with your reading. Many people who use computers or those who spend a lot of time at desk work do not follow good, safety spinal habits. Our spine is very important structural support. Our spine and neck should be in correct position so that we can avoid unwanted problems. We should do at least 15-20 minutes of exercise to our spine and neck.
