We find it difficult to get up early in the morning. Most people go to bed late night and so it makes difficult for them to get p early. Actually when we get up early in the morning our health would be at its best. When we get up early a neuro transmitter called serotonin is secreted in more quantity. This chemical is otherwise called s happy hormone. This contributes to the better function of our brain and hence we get healthy mental and physical well being. Apart from our eating habits good lifestyle also contributes to sound health.
