Hunger pangs and Obesity
Are you obese? Are you doing
anything about it? If not please do something immediately. Obesity has become
an epidemic all over the world. Three important factors have led to obesity in
the modern era – Beer, Snacks and TV. The moment we come home from office we go
to the fridge take a bottle of beer and some peanuts and sit in front of TV.
Imagine the amount of calorie that we take in and not doing anything to expel
it. But then don’t rush out and go jogging or doing some silly thing without
making any prior preparations. How do you measure your obesity? Those BMI calculators
etc? Just look at yourself in the mirror stupid and you will know! Start
dieting and doing some exercise and get rid of that excess flesh. Oh you have
now started dieting! Again my kind fellow do not starve yourself – eat in small
quantities frequently. However you try you can not escape those hunger pangs
and hence eat and eat well but as I said in small quantities. There are many
diet snacks in the market get hold of them. Walk, walk and walk. There is
nothing like walking to reduce the weight – This is a slow but steady way to reduce
your weight.
